Visited the General Directorate of Disabled and Elderly Services of the Ministry of Family and Social Services

“As Güven Education and Health Foundation, we visited Esteemed Orhan Koç, M.D. General Director of Department of Services for Elderly and Disabled, Ministry of Family and Social Policies to provide information on the project “A Common Challenge – Two Different Cultural Perspectives” that we conduct in cooperation with the Kennisland Foundation in the Netherlands and to establish contact. On the visit participated by Mehmet Gürbüz, The Coordinator of Turkish Aspect of our project, and Ejder Yelken, M.D., Director of INOVEDS, who is a consultant for our project; information on studies of our Foundation and our current projects were provided, activities and published works of the General Directorate were shared with us and ideas on Elderly Population were exchanged. A field visit which will be participated by Esteemed Faik Yıldırım, Assistant. General Director, Mustafa Karabey, Head of Elderly Welfare Department, and other officials to learn details of our project and observe our work on the field is decided.”
